Associate Design Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Design Manager with a strong architectural and design background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on iconic and complex developments, managing design processes, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process for assigned project packages, ensuring alignment with overall project vision and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve design excellence.
• Review and coordinate design submissions to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all design-related activities.
• Support senior leadership in design strategy, concept reviews, and presentations for iconic/landmark projects.
• Resolve design issues efficiently, ensuring project continuity and minimal delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in design management for large-scale, iconic, or complex developments.
• Proven experience in high-profile projects such as cultural venues, pavilions, museums, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
