An award-winning international design practice is looking for an Associate Design Director to join their Dubai studio. This senior leadership role is suited to a creative, hands-on design leader with the vision and expertise to deliver innovative projects across multiple sectors.

What you’ll do

• Spearhead and develop strong design concepts from pre-concept to delivery.

• Lead and inspire a design team, providing direction and mentoring junior architects.

• Manage concurrent projects while ensuring quality, budgets, and schedules are met.

• Oversee design reviews, QA/QC processes, and presentations to clients.

• Contribute to business development and support resource planning.

• Stay ahead with emerging technologies and building systems to enhance project outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• Professional degree in Architecture with 15+ years’ experience (minimum 5 years in the UAE).

• Proven track record in leading concept design and complex projects.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and execution.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in design software and ability to translate vision into deliverables.

• Licensure/registration is a plus.
