Site Supervisor (Philippino) Fit Out / Interior Design

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project milestones are met on time, within budget, and in line with design specifications and safety standards. Philippino national preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
• Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project timelines and design details.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Maintain detailed daily site reports, progress photos, and updates for internal tracking and client communication.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays and additional costs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years UAE relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
• Can join immediately
• with Driving license is a plus
• Candidate should be in UAE already
