Job Summary
The Associate Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for executing the digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility in the US. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts to support commercial objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Cvent
- Strong knowledge of html, JavaScript, and CSS media queries
- Familiarity with Sprout Social
- Google Analytics
- Familiarity of BrightEdge and SEO Best Practices
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Strong influencing skills – able to work across the commercial organization to achieve goals.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal, written and presentation.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in marketing automation
Education:

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $85,000.00 and $112,300.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.

Campaign Execution:
- Manage campaign email calendar to ensure visibility across teams and monitoring deadlines
- Help ensure Marketing Cloud emails and journeys are developed in a manner consistent with best practices to maximize deliverability
- Manage social media calendar and schedule social posts
- Execute paid social media campaigns across channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter
- Monitor and coordinate with customer support on potential campaign feedback
- Monitor and optimize campaign execution
- Remain current in website, email, landing page, digital and social functionality.
- Work with internal and agency partners to develop best in class digital assets (emails, banners, websites, etc.)
- Manage agency/brand relationships to execute and manage all digital activity
- Arrange and host monthly reports with agency partners and internal team to review metrics and optimize all campaigns
Website Management:
- Implement ongoing website content updates
- Assist in the implementation of an SEO strategy
- Review and audit website (with brand team), to ensure content is up to date and provide and implement recommendations for optimization
- Respond and troubleshoot website issues
- Work with brand team
Event Management:
- Create and test event registration and communications using Cvent
- Ensure access and delivery of pre and post event reporting
Data Management and Reporting:
- Assist in data preparation for the purposes of campaign execution
- Assist with data cleansing and integrity of the data
- Consolidate campaign, website data, create and update dashboards
- Review and highlight successes and anomalies on a quarterly basis
Cross-functional Teamwork:
- In conjunction with the broader Marketing team, manage strong working relationship with other functions, including but not limited to: Sales, Commercial Operations, Professional Affairs, Finance.
- Collaborate with other groups to identify opportunities to assist in the streamlining marketing initiatives and processes.
Others:
- Participates in the annual development of digital objectives
- Performs other duties related to marketing as required.
