We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Associate – Digital Media Marketing to spearhead our social media, content promotion, and visual design efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital storytelling, visual communication, and growing a brand's online presence across diverse channels.

You will be crucial in crafting engaging content, executing targeted platform-specific campaigns, and directly contributing to business growth through online outreach, community engagement, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach, Engagement & Community Building

  • B2B Outreach: Execute robust LinkedIn outreach strategies, including direct messaging, adding contacts, content tagging, comment engagement, and event promotion to drive B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Community Participation: Actively engage in relevant online forums, industry communities, and digital marketing groups (e.g., Reddit, Quora, Slack) to share company content, services, and expertise.
  • Promotion: Promote services and blog posts across all social channels, niche communities, and discussion platforms to maximize traffic and engagement.
  • Monitoring: Monitor and manage community interactions (DMs, comments, mentions) with a consistent brand voice and timely responses.

Email Marketing & Nurturing

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote content, and drive conversions.
  • Personalization: Segment email lists to accurately target specific audiences and personalize messaging for higher engagement rates.
  • Optimization: Monitor key email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on analytics to improve overall engagement and lead generation.

Lead Generation & Conversion Focus

  • Asset Management: Direct the creation and manage the promotion of lead magnets (eBooks, guides, checklists) across all relevant channels.
  • Maximizing Interaction: Implement strategies to maximize user interaction, generate leads, and drive traffic effectively to CTAs and landing pages.
  • Growth: Actively monitor community engagement (DMs, comments, shares) and contribute significantly to audience growth and retention efforts.

Design & Visual Content Creation

  • Asset Creation: Create and manage visually impactful assets, including social posts, ad creatives, infographics, and blog visuals, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • High-Converting Design: Design high-converting visual assets for all marketing campaigns, lead magnets, and landing pages.
  • Consistency: Ensure all creatives strictly adhere to brand consistency, tone, and visual appeal across every platform.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Tracking: Track and report weekly/monthly performance of campaigns, social media efforts, and content distribution.
  • Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, lead form fills, and community growth.
  • Optimization: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-specific dashboards to derive critical insights and present actionable recommendations for strategy optimization.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Cohesion: Work closely with content writers, designers, developers, and marketers to launch cohesive, unified cross-platform campaigns.
  • Landing Pages: Develop and optimize visually compelling landing pages in collaboration with the design and development teams.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital content fully aligns with and reinforces the overall brand identity and messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Design, Communication, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or experience in digital marketing, outreach, or content promotion (preferred but not required).
  • Portfolio or examples of social or visual content work (recommended).

Skills

  • Outreach Proficiency: Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Cold Outreach.
  • Email Tools: Experience with Cold Email Marketing Strategies using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or similar platforms.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or Figma.
  • Social Acumen: Deep understanding of major social platforms, current trends, content formats, and engagement best practices.
  • Content: Strong visual storytelling, content ideation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytics: An analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other essential marketing tools.
