Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Digital Media Marketing professional to support our digital presence, LinkedIn visibility, and lead generation activities. This role is well-suited for someone at an early stage of their digital marketing career who enjoys content execution, professional networking, and structured outreach.

You will assist with day-to-day LinkedIn marketing activities, outreach coordination, and lead tracking while working closely with marketing and sales teams to support brand awareness and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Content & Page Management

  • Manage daily activities on LinkedIn, including company pages and outreach profiles.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
  • Promote blogs, services, announcements, case studies, and industry-related content.
  • Use AI-based tools to support content creation and optimization.

Prospecting & Lead Support

  • Research target industries, companies, and professional roles based on defined criteria.
  • Use tools such as Apollo.io to identify and organize contact information.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper list management before outreach activities.

Outreach Execution & Coordination

  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles for professional branding.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
  • Engage with prospects through structured messaging workflows.
  • Support outreach campaigns using automation and scheduling tools.

Engagement & Brand Interaction

  • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Respond to interactions in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
  • Engage with relevant industry content to support visibility and reach.

Creative & Visual Support

  • Assist in creating LinkedIn visuals using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe software.
  • Support visual requirements for campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

CRM & Lead Tracking

  • Log and update leads in the CRM system (GoHighLevel).
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure proper lead assignment and stage updates.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, responses, and lead activity.
  • Maintain basic reports using Excel or task management tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams on campaign execution.

Skills & Requirements

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional or business use
  • Basic experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
  • Awareness of outreach or contact research tools (e.g., Apollo.io)
  • Willingness to learn CRM and outreach platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field.
  • Internship, academic projects, or freelance experience is a plus.
  • Content samples or portfolios are encouraged but not mandatory.
