Associate Digital Media Marketing Executive

Summary

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Associate – Digital Media Marketing to drive our social media, content promotion, and design initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, visual communication, and growing a brand's online presence across multiple channels.

You'll play a key role in crafting engaging content, running platform-specific campaigns, and directly contributing to business growth through online outreach, community engagement, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and implement social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives and campaigns.
  • Share company blogs, services, achievements, and thought leadership content to amplify visibility and authority.

Design & Visual Content Creation

  • Create and manage visually impactful assets, including social posts, ad creatives, infographics, and blog visuals, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Design high-converting assets for marketing campaigns, lead magnets (eBooks, checklists), and landing pages.
  • Ensure all creatives reflect brand consistency, tone, and visual appeal across platforms.

Outreach, Engagement & Community Building

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach strategies including direct messaging, adding contacts, content tagging, comment engagement, and event promotions to support B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Actively participate in relevant online forums, industry communities, and digital marketing groups (e.g., Reddit, Quora, Slack communities) to share company content, services, and expertise.
  • Promote services and blog posts across social channels, niche communities, and discussion platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage community interactions (DMs, comments, mentions) with a consistent brand voice and timely responses.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report weekly/monthly performance of campaigns, social media efforts, and content distribution.
  • Analyze KPIs including impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, lead form fills, and community growth.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-specific dashboards to derive insights and optimize strategies.
  • Present performance insights and actionable recommendations to the marketing team.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Work closely with content writers, designers, developers, and marketers to launch cohesive, cross-platform campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize visually compelling landing pages in collaboration with the design/dev team.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with and reinforces the overall brand identity and messaging.

Lead Generation & Conversion Support

  • Direct the creation of lead magnets (eBooks, guides, checklists) and manage their promotion across channels.
  • Implement strategies to maximize user interaction, generate leads, and drive traffic to CTAs and landing pages.
  • Monitor community engagement (DMs, comments, shares), and actively contribute to audience growth and retention.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or Figma
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms, trends, formats, and engagement best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong visual storytelling and content ideation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to take ownership, adapt quickly, and work in a collaborative environment
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation principles
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Design, Communication, or related fields.
  • Previous internship or experience in digital marketing, outreach, or content promotion (preferred but not required).
  • Portfolio or examples of social or visual content work (recommended).
