Associate Director

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overall digital strategy across the client, offering support through training and insights to team members,
• Online, working efficiently as part of an overall integrated team,
• Works with the Strategy Team to drive communications planning and new ways of thinking,
• Gets involved in maintaining the overall business growth of the client account,
• Develop the staff through performance management and giving consistent feedback,
• Sound knowledge of IMS (Integrated Marketing Solutions) and acts as an industry expert on the client and media landscape,
• Pro-actively seek creative digital opportunities appropriate to the client,
• Remains up-to-date on industry research and drives development in this area training key members of staff and acting as a knowledge hub to team members,
• Responsible for the professionalism and performance of the team and driving team culture,
• Oversees and is responsible for the smooth running of all client / supplier and interdepartmental relationships,
• Advises on resources needed within the team,
• Leads best practice presentations internally and contributes to innovation and idea generation.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 years of experience with a Global Media agency group,
• Experience of building and nurturing strong client relationships,
• Leadership abilities to be able to supervise and support a large team,
• Hands-on experience of data visualization platforms such as Data Studio and Tableau,
• Strong ad tech and analytics experience to include but not limited to DSPs, Ad Serving, Ad Verification and Google Analytics,
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of planning and activation across programmatic and social platforms,
• Experience of planning and managing full funnel digital activity.
