Job Summary:
The Associate Director – Media & Advertising will play a key leadership role in shaping, executing, and optimizing advertising and media strategies across multiple channels. The role involves overseeing media planning, campaign execution, client relationships, and team management to drive brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of media strategies and advertising campaigns across TV, digital, social media, print, and other channels.
- Oversee media planning, buying, and optimization to ensure maximum ROI.
- Manage and mentor a team of media planners, buyers, and creatives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and account managers to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to financial plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful media campaigns and strategic media planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with digital media tools, analytics platforms, and emerging advertising technologies.
