Associate Director - Agency Recruitment

The Management Recruitment Group is a specialist executive search and recruitment firm focused on the built environment. Our Middle East practice operates at a senior level across real estate development, construction, infrastructure, FM and corporate functions, partnering with leading developers and major projects across the region.

We are now appointing an Associate Director to strengthen our Saudi Arabia platform.

This is a senior billing role with a clear mandate to originate and deliver retained and contingent search assignments across the Kingdom. You will take ownership of your own client portfolio, supported by an established regional delivery team and an active Middle East client base.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert new mandates within the built environment sector
• Build long term relationships with developers, contractors and operators
• Lead executive and senior level searches end to end
• Develop sector strategy aligned to market opportunity
• Contribute to revenue growth and practice expansion in Saudi Arabia

Profile

• Minimum five years recruitment experience, ideally within property, real estate or construction
• Strong understanding of the Saudi or wider GCC market
• Proven ability to win and deliver work, or clear commercial drive to do so
• Confident operating with senior stakeholders
• Ambitious, disciplined and performance focused

This role reports to the Regional Director and offers genuine autonomy within a well established, internationally recognised brand.
