The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Direct preparation and administration of contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses to ensure compliance and execution.
• Lead large teams, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage valuations, cost control, and reporting, ensuring financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee claims evaluation, contract completion, and certification processes, securing fair resolution and client satisfaction.
• Guide cost consultants to enhance procedures, templates, and products, delivering improved stakeholder services.
• Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition, embedding best practice and lessons learned into project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional membership (MRICS/RICS) with demonstrable ongoing development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven bidding and business development expertise.
• Detailed knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management.
