Job Purpose
The Associate Director, Digital Marketing leads Modon’s digital strategy, driving innovation and performance across all digital channels and platforms. The role is responsible for overseeing digital campaigns, websites, social media, CRM, paid media, and analytics, ensuring Modon’s brand and projects achieve maximum visibility and engagement in the digital space. This role plays a critical part in advancing Modon’s digital transformation, managing agencies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

Develop and implement Modon’s digital marketing strategy across all platforms.

Lead performance marketing campaigns (paid social, search, display, programmatic) to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.

Oversee corporate and project websites, ensuring optimal UX, content accuracy, SEO, and continuous improvement.

Manage social media strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience growth.

Oversee CRM and marketing automation initiatives, including customer data management and targeted campaigns.

Manage relationships with digital, media, and technology agencies, ensuring clear briefs, timelines, and performance accountability.

Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance and ROI, using data to optimize strategies.

Drive digital innovation, staying updated on emerging platforms, tools, and technologies.

Collaborate with Brand, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure integration of digital with overall marketing strategy.

Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.

Master’s degree or professional certification in digital marketing, performance marketing, or data analytics preferred.
Experience and Competencies

8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in performance marketing, digital transformation, and managing large-scale digital campaigns.

Strong understanding of analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Ability to manage agencies and vendors effectively.

Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making ability.

Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
