Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across website, social media, and digital platforms.
• Lead enterprise marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business growth.
• Drive ROI-focused campaigns with a demand generation mindset and digital-first approach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Proven expertise in integrated marketing and delivering measurable ROI.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and business interactions at senior levels.
• Deep understanding of digital-first marketing approaches and emerging digital trends.
• Experience managing diverse marketing channels including website, social media, and enterprise campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 7+progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital and integrated marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Industries like SaaS, BFSI, fintech, insurance, startup
• MBA/PG in Marketing or related field preferred.
