Associate Director – Organization Development & Talent Leader

UAE based role

Salary - 50000 Dhms per month plus benefits

We are seeking a seasoned OD & Talent leader to architect and execute large-scale transformation initiatives, strengthen leadership pipelines, and embed a high-performance culture at an organisational level.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead enterprise OD and change initiatives impacting organizational effectiveness, culture, and performance
• Design and drive succession planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy at scale
• Partner with C-suite / senior leadership as a trusted advisor on organization design and talent decisions
• Apply advanced talent analytics (nine-box, engagement data, workforce insights) to guide strategy
• Embed global best practices aligned to high-performing, mature organizations

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience within government, semi-government, Big 4/5 consulting, or globally recognized organizations
• 10–15 years in OD / Talent Management / Change Management, including leadership responsibility in complex environments
• Demonstrated track record in enterprise transformation, succession planning, and leadership capability building
• Exposure to multicultural, internationally benchmarked environments
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European language capability (e.g., French/Spanish) and/ or Arabic is required
• CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent OD/Talent certifications preferred

This role is ideal for a credible OD leader currently operating within top-tier consulting or complex institutional environments , looking to transition into a high-impact, in-house transformation mandate.
