A leading developer seeks to hire a Head Of Infrastructure to oversee the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale developments. This role is responsible for budgeting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value engineering.
• Align infrastructure strategy with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
• Oversee the design, construction, and integration of infrastructure, including roads, utilities, power, water, drainage, and telecom.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing risks.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Management

• Secure necessary permits and approvals from government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, sustainability frameworks, and smart infrastructure trends.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, service providers, and key industry stakeholders.

Team & Organizational Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in infrastructure development for large-scale real estate projects.
