JOB SUMMARY
Lead the national sales strategy to drive revenue, market share, and growth. Responsible for sales operations, ensure execution of demand generation programs, and build strong customer relationships. Provide leadership to regional teams, foster a high-performance culture, and drive process excellence. Requires data-driven decision-making, frequent travel, and close collaboration with Trade , sales and marketing and cross functional teams.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and drive overall business growth.

Grow top-line and bottom-line performance in both Community and Hospital segments.

Build strong customer demand through effective sales force execution, fundamentals, and KOL engagement.

Ensure smooth execution of demand generation programs to boost recommendations and per capita consumption.

Maintain high accuracy in sales forecasting and inventory planning.

Strengthen hospital engagement through QIP programs and protocol-based initiatives.

Develop and coach regional teams to build future-ready talent through structured interventions and training.

Minimize attrition and foster a motivated, achievement-oriented sales culture with recognition and rewards.

Implement CRM tools and KOL engagement plans in collaboration with marketing and medical affairs.

Promote HCP advocacy via scientific sessions and stakeholder engagement to support best nutrition practices.

Drive commercial innovation and increase market share in Adult Nutrition and DSN categories.

Collaborate with the Trade team to meet joint targets and execute merchandising initiatives effectively.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Graduate in any discipline from reputed institute/ university (preferably B. Pharm or B.Sc.) and MBA from reputed university.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

10-12 years of sales experience, with 1 to 3 years of
progressive sales management and/or marketing experience.

Experience and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM ( ideally) and/or as ZSM in at least two zones

Exposure to having worked in a business involving both Rx and OTC products
- Experience in a retail driven trade environment would be an added advantage

Should have high analytical abilities.
