We need an Associate Director of Affiliate to lead our creator affiliate programs across health and beauty categories — recruiting, developing, and matching top creators with brand partners to drive real results. This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing social commerce team where no two days look the same, and you'll play a key part in shaping high-impact creator and brand experiences. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT or Los Angeles, CA.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Creator Success Managers and Campaign Managers, helping them grow in their careers and hit their goals
Oversee day-to-day management of affiliate creator programs across health and beauty categories
Drive creator recruitment, onboarding, and development — helping creators level up their GMV and content performance
Partner with brands to identify the right creator talent and facilitate authentic, high-converting partnerships
Plan and execute VIP Creator Brand Matchmaking Events that bring top creators and brands together in meaningful experiences
Monitor campaign performance, analyze GMV data, and deliver insights and reporting to brand partners
Serve as a key point of contact for both creators and brand partners, building trust and long-term relationships
You follow through on all assignments in a timely manner and keep campaigns and creator pipelines running without dropping the ball
You give 100% to every creator relationship, brand partnership, and team interaction — consistently showing up as a trusted point of contact
You take full ownership of your programs and see them through to completion, from creator onboarding to campaign reporting
You use data — GMV, GPM, engagement rate, conversion rate — to make informed decisions and proactively surface insights to brand partners
Your team feels supported, coached, and set up to succeed because of your mentorship and leadership
0–30 Days: You've developed a strong foundational understanding of the affiliate program, built relationships with key creators and team members through meet-and-greets, and have a solid grasp of the Beauty category strategy within TikTok Shop
30–60 Days: You've established a clear reporting framework for affiliate performance, built a structured pipeline for new creator acquisition, and defined an exit strategy for creators based on GMV performance
60–90 Days: You're identifying and implementing strategic improvements, optimizing the program, and ensuring it is on track to meet quarterly and annual KPIs
