We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive retention, growth, and client impact.

This is not a media buying role.


You are responsible for strategy, decision-making, and client leadership.

AI is used for execution. Your job is to think, lead, and grow accounts.

Single Grain Agency

Enterprise digital marketing services including:

  • SEO

  • Paid media

  • Creative

  • CRO

  • AI-driven growth strategy

Our clients include companies looking for serious, scalable growth, not basic marketing support.


ClickFlow

Our AI-powered content optimization platform. ClickFlow helps companies unlock hidden growth from their existing content by identifying high-impact SEO opportunities and improving rankings with AI insights.


Karrot

A LinkedIn advertising and landing page platform built specifically for B2B companies running demand generation programs. Karrot helps companies scale LinkedIn campaigns with better targeting and conversion infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Own Portfolio Revenue

  • Manage a $1M+ ARR book of business

  • Maintain 95% retention

  • Drive 25%+ portfolio growth through expansions and performance improvements

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Manage and grow a team of 2–4 Paid Media Managers

  • Set clear ownership, KPIs, and performance standards

  • Coach team to consistently deliver strong results

Build Systems (Your Core Job)

  • Create standardized playbooks for:

    • Client communication

    • Performance diagnostics

    • Strategic recommendations

  • Reduce variability and improve client experience across accounts

Elevate Strategy Across Accounts

  • Ensure every account delivers 2+ proactive recommendations per month

  • Raise the quality of thinking across the team

  • Step into high-risk client situations when needed

Use AI to Create Team Leverage

  • Implement AI systems that reduce manual work by 30%+

  • Standardize QA, reporting, and workflows

  • Increase output per manager

Scale Channel Expansion

  • Build repeatable frameworks for new channels (LinkedIn, programmatic, CTV)

  • Roll out across multiple accounts consistently

About You

Strong Fit

  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

  • Owned a revenue portfolio or group of client accounts

  • Built systems or processes that improved performance

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads + Meta

  • Strong client presence, including high-stakes situations

  • Uses AI at a systems level (not just personal workflows)

  • Thinks in terms of scale, not just individual output
