What You Will Do:

  • Assess training needs by collaborating with business units, and other stakeholders.

  • Develop role-based training curriculum covering all relevant modules and processes.

  • Utilize a blend of training methods, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on labs.

  • Support training content creation in alignment with global training team

  • Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions across multiple teams.

  • Ensure the availability of training materials, environments, and resources.

  • Engage with business leaders to secure support and resources for training activities.

  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

  • Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about training schedules and updates.

  • Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

  • Negotiate contracts with external training providers as needed.

  • Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

What You Will Need:

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale training programs across multiple teams .

  • Experience leading and developing training teams

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

  • Strong expertise in technology training across multiple domains (Software engineering, AI/ML, Platforms , cybersecurity, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in training and development.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience leading the Training function in a large Technology organization.

  • Proven leadership skills managing training function in a matrixed organization.

  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
