Your Role will focus on:

responsible for collaborating with the top tier Asset Management Companies to design and onboard innovative financial solutions for the Bank’s customers. The role involves identifying the right products, channels & platforms for various customer segments, empowering relationship managers with the knowledge and tools they need to drive portfolio growth and meet the bank’s strategic targets. The success of this role is measured by the adoption rate of new solutions across the branch network and digital channel and the subsequent growth in fee-based income and customers’ wealth portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Product Development in Collaboration with Asset Management Companies (AMCs):

Identify market trends and customer needs to source new investment solutions such as mutual funds, structured products, ETFs, alternative investments and advisory offerings.

Collaborate with product development team and portfolio managers in the AMCs to ideate and design new investment products that align with customer needs and the bank’s strategic priorities.

Negotiate and manage partnerships with AMCs to ensure high quality product delivery and competitive fee structures.
Digital Transformation & Integration
-
Develop customer journeys and digital wealth capabilities.

Explore and evaluate Fintech partnerships and lead their integration to enhance the bank’s wealth proposition, including digital onboarding and portfolio reporting.

Assess emerging wealth management technology tools to provide scalable, algorithm driven investment advice.
Sales Enablement & Training

Enable RMs and branch wealth selling models.

Translate complex financial products into clear actionable sales pitches for the branch relationship management team.

Conduct regular training sessions, workshops and other knowledge sharing briefings for branches and relationship management teams to continuously improve their technical proficiency.
Business Growth

Define wealth management strategy, develop medium to long term roadmap for segment specific propositions, aligning with the bank’s overall business goals.

Lead product launches and campaigns to achieve strategic asset under management goals in collaboration with Marketing, relationship management teams and Channels.

Drive AUM growth, fees, and product penetration.
Governance & Compliance
-
Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory guidelines and standards and the bank’s internal risk management framework.

Support audits, regulatory submissions and other mandates.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or a related field.

Proven ability to work across teams, including treasury, portfolio management, marketing, legal and compliance.
-
5+ years of experience in wealth management or asset management with a proven track record in product management.
Knowledge & Skills:

Deep understanding of financial markets, asset classes and investment products.

Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and portfolio data.

Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis and presentation software.
