Key Responsibilities
Support project teams in diagnosing client challenges and structuring problem-solving approaches
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis (market research, financial analysis, operational assessments)
Develop client-ready deliverables including presentations, reports, and data models
Collect, synthesize, and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations
Participate in client interviews, workshops, and meetings
Assist in project management tasks such as work planning, progress tracking, and documentation
Contribute to internal knowledge development, research, and proposal preparation
Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
0–3 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, operations, or similar roles)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA (or in progress)
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Exposure to client-facing roles or consulting methodologies
Industry experience in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or operations
