Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in diagnosing client challenges and structuring problem-solving approaches
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis (market research, financial analysis, operational assessments)
  • Develop client-ready deliverables including presentations, reports, and data models
  • Collect, synthesize, and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Participate in client interviews, workshops, and meetings
  • Assist in project management tasks such as work planning, progress tracking, and documentation
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development, research, and proposal preparation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, operations, or similar roles)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA (or in progress)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exposure to client-facing roles or consulting methodologies
  • Industry experience in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or operations
