Experience

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong mentorship interest welcome, if applicable)
• Exams, treatment planning, and diagnosis
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to present treatment plans clearly and compassionately
• High standard of clinical excellence, ethics, and professionalism
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments requiring critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
