Associate Dryer

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dryer to ensure the efficient operation of our dryer plant, enabling the timely preparation of various powder variants. This is a highly technical role focused on maximizing plant capacity utilization to meet production targets for SMP, FCMP, VFMP, TWP, and other batches.

What we ask

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Intermediate (Pre-Engineering) or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) Mech, Food, Elecrical, Chemical.

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a dairy or powder manufacturing environment.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Key Responsibilities – Associate Dryer

Operate dryer as per SOPs and instructions, ensuring production consistency and quality.

Implement testing and monitoring of critical control points and process parameters.

Record and report any deviations, abnormalities, or safety incidents immediately.

Keep plant housekeeping and hygiene to standard.

Maintain proper documentation, log sheets, and shift handover notes.

Coordinate with utility staff, supervisors, and shift in-charge for smooth operations and troubleshooting.

Assist in performance reporting and undertake additional tasks as needed.
