Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and proactive teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of plant equipment and utilities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, quality assurance, and safety teams), carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of equipment fault diagnosis and repairs, but also contribute to continuous improvement activities and compliance with safety standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Attending breakdowns, identifying faults, and solving problems to minimize downtime
Carrying out diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs to plant equipment safely and professionally
Estimating time required for tasks and escalating potential delays
Identifying and escalating activities that may cause harm or damage
Reporting breakdown root causes and equipment concerns to management
Ensuring all work adheres to quality standards and regulations
Identifying spare part requirements and maintaining usage logs
Executing preventive maintenance schedules and planned work orders
Utilizing a computerized maintenance management system effectively
Maintaining a high standard of workplace organization using 5S methodology
Adhering to personal protective equipment guidelines and reporting associated issues
Participating in continuous training and development opportunities
Understanding electrical drawings and schematics

Diploma in Electrical (Regular Course) with a wireman certificate
Experience in plant maintenance (preferably 6-8 years)
Working knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety standards, and systems
Hands-on experience with Railway OHE, Switchyard, 25KV & 11KV systems
Experience with power and control systems (Depot/Plant equipment)
Familiarity with plant utility maintenance (air compressors, EOT cranes, pumps & sumps)
Experience with DG operation and TPM systems
Knowledge of work permits like LOTO and working at heights
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in English and Hindi
