About the Role:

Allure Digital is looking for a creative and motivated Associate – Employer Branding to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, branding, and content creation, and who is eager to build a career at the intersection of HR and marketing. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with talent across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Develop posts, captions, and visuals aligned with employer branding strategies
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels

Employer Branding & Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns and engagement initiatives
• Support activities that enhance company visibility and attract top talent
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and content strategies

Design & Creative Support

• Design basic creatives, social media posts, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all branding assets

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with HR and marketing teams to align branding efforts with hiring needs
• Coordinate on content calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverables

Requirements & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
• Strong interest in social media, branding, and content creation
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Location: Onsite (Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi)
• Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Job Type: Full-time
