Schedule: 1 day per week - open to any day

Compensation: 55% of treatment production. $19,000.00 to $25,000.00 per month.

Role Responsibilities:

• 1 column of consults - approximately 10 pts
• 1.5 - 2 columns of treatment 10 - 18 points
• Qualifications:
• Specialized degree
• No infractions on license
• Own malpractice insurance
• Contracted with Liberty and Healthnet a MUST (or be able to obtain licensing)

Working Hours:

• 1 day per week, open to the day
• 8 hour day
