Associate Engineer – Core Network Deployment

We are looking for an Associate Engineer – Core Network Deployment to support the implementation of Core & EMD network projects. This role involves coordinating site activities, supporting deployment phases, and ensuring smooth system handover to Network Operations in line with quality and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review project progress and coordinate with Engineering teams, contractors, and vendors

Attend site surveys to understand technical and operational requirements

Support installation, cabling, software loading, testing, and commissioning activities

Identify and escalate issues impacting project quality or timelines

Support planning, task allocation, and prioritization for Core & EMD deployment activities

Coordinate and support full system handover to Network Operations

Maintain effective coordination with Engineering and infrastructure teams

Prepare and submit technical and operational reports

Support and guide junior team members during project execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or related)

2–5 years of experience in telecom network deployment or engineering projects

Knowledge of core network systems, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning

Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with telecom operators or large-scale network projects

Exposure to vendor coordination and contractual project environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,700.00 per month
