We are seeking an Associate Engineer – Electrical to support the design and development of innovative electronic systems and products. The role involves assisting senior engineers in schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and validation of electronic circuits. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in analog and digital electronics, hands-on lab experience, and the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in schematic capture and PCB layout using tools such as Altium Designer or KiCad.
• Support the design and development of electronic circuits and embedded systems.
• Perform hands-on prototyping, soldering, and assembly of PCBs and electronic components.
• Conduct validation and performance testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other lab instruments.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of hardware issues in new and existing designs.
• Participate in component selection and BOM preparation activities.
• Assist in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and design records.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and internal development procedures.

Preferred Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Foundational knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Understanding of embedded systems basics.
• Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar).
• Familiarity with lab equipment for circuit testing and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a structured engineering environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
