We are looking for a candidate with hands‑on expertise in full stack developer with Data Science / AI experience —someone capable of delivering high‑quality work within committed timelines. Bringing this skill set into the team will fill a critical capability gap, particularly in AI and Data Science, where dedicated expertise is essential. This role will significantly enhance our execution efficiency, strengthen our technical depth, and ensure we are well‑prepared to deliver the strategic initiatives planned soon.

Responsibilities:
Build and deploy cloud-based full‑stack applications incorporating NLP and GenAI models.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery.
Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests. Collaborate effectively within an agile development environment.
Monitor and optimize application performance and infrastructure issues. Partner with developers to integrate solutions and support production deployments.
Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth service integration and operations.
Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies and adhere to Agile best practices.
Contribute to building high‑quality, scalable, and high‑performance code.
What We’re Looking For:
Possesses 2–4 years of substantial experience in application development.
Demonstrated proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Test‑Driven Development (TDD).
Hands-on experience in full‑stack ( Java/.net preferred ) development, leveraging Data Science and AI-driven technologies.
Strong command of Python, NLP, and Java , with working knowledge of ReactJs for full‑stack implementation.
Well‑versed in development environments, including IDEs, web and application servers, GIT, CI pipelines, unit‑testing frameworks, and defect‑management tools.
Domain expertise in the Financial Services and Capital Markets sectors is an added advantage.
Exceptional communication skills, with strong abilities in both verbal articulation and written documentation
