Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Emirati Graduate Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering to join our team. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects while developing professional and technical skills under structured supervision. The Engineer will perform a variety of duties by applying basic engineering techniques, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and gaining exposure to Company procedures, standards, and values.

Assignments may include participation in a rotational program with exposure to Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management. The role will also involve supporting design, analysis, and reporting activities using CAD/CAE tools. A willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering and design assignments requiring application of basic principles and theories learned in university.

  • Assist with engineering computations, surveys, estimates, and material quantity take-offs.

  • Prepare or support preparation of specifications, data sheets, drawings, and construction documents.

  • Contribute to technical bid evaluations and review supplier drawing submittals under guidance of senior engineers.

  • Provide inputs to CAD designers/drafters and support preparation of digital engineering deliverables.

  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection as required.

  • Support project reporting, stakeholder communications, and quality/safety compliance.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).

  • Typically 0-3 years of relevant work experience.

Skills and Competencies

  • Basic engineering knowledge in civil, mechanical, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with CAD/CAE and common PC software packages.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and collaborative.

  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and community values.
