ASSOCIATE ERM AND PATIENT SAFETY PROFESSIONAL.
The Associate ERM AND Patient Safety Professional is responsible for managing an effective occurrence reporting process within the healthcare organization, ensuring all reported events are thoroughly reviewed, investigated, and actioned. The Professional identifies emerging risk and patient safety trends from event analysis to enhance overall safety protocols.
- Perform the duties necessary to support and achieve risk management and patient safety needs and standards and ensure that the facility is in compliance with all government and local laws and accreditation standards

Follow all hospital policies and procedures and perform other assigned tasks and duties

Report potential new risksafety themes and opportunities from events analysis

Document monitor and analyze patient safety events and put an action plan to prevent reoccurrence

Manage the event reporting process as designed within the hospital Ensure all reported events are analyzed reviewed corrected and actioned
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or any healthcare science/ allied health.
Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) / or any other quality related certifications.
Up to 2 years' clinical working experience within an accredited healthcare facility.
