The firm has invested inover 30 healthcare companies in India since 2007, including Gland Pharma, Dr. Agarwal’s, NeulandLabs, Ankura Hospitals, Medibuddy, Sharp Sight and several others.We offer different positions for freshers based on their skills, we want to discuss the schedule of theinterviews and Terms & Conditions of the placements.Our mission is to secure capable graduates and train them to exceed their limits.Position & LocationAssociate / Executive – Human ResourcesNavi Mumbai – Sanpada.Qualification & Experience  Graduates / Postgraduates  Must have knowledge / experience in recruitment & HR Operations.Job DescriptionThe JD can be wider in scope based on how much the candidate can bite n chew, but shall broadlybe as under:  Maintain attendance, leave data, and support monthly payroll inputs.  Prepare HR MIS and trackers (headcount, attendance, joiners/exits).  Handle employee queries and assist in HR policy adherence.  Support employee engagement and training coordination.  Support onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee records.  Source and screen candidates across job portals and networks.  Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and managers.  Support offer release, joining formalities, BGV & documentation.  Maintain hiring trackers and share recruitment updates.CompensationBest in the Industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
