Associate Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in Excel, and a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to business decisions and growth strategies in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed MIS reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Track business performance against budgets and highlight variances.
• Assist in cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial inputs for business decisions.
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBA Finance / M.Com; CA Inter preferred.
• 3–4 years of industry experience in financial analysis, preferably in retail or related sectors with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Age below 35 years.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
