Associate FP&A Manager

JOB PURPOSE

• Leading the financial planning and reporting function for premium banners to support the management in decision making & forward planning.

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or any relevant degree
• Strong Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Mindset
• Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• A good knowledge of Accounting & Finance basics is a must

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in previous FP&A role with leadership experience
• Retail industry background is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads MAGRABi’s premium banners budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyses monthly performance variances and creates relevant reports and dashboards to support the business.
• Supports premium banner operations through highlighting risks and opportunities to drive decision making
