Scope and Responsibilities
The team in the Office of General Counsel is responsible for project management, transformation, business management, operations and team engagement. Based in Hyderabad, the position’s primary responsibilities are to 1) support business management related activities for the division, 2) support process improvements, and 3) support team engagement related activities for the division.
Business Management
-
Support coordination of budgeting process and perform research to reclass expense items unrelated to the division

Review budget vs actuals data for all departments within the division

Support headcount / resource management by maintaining organizational charts for all departments within the division

Support metric tracker and Chronos related activities for the relevant departments in the division

Support other administration duties as needed
Operations
-
Maintain knowledge databases, including process and procedures documentation, for all departments within the division

Identify project workflow improvements, working with functional leads and subject matter experts to implement changes

Maintain and support systems, including a legal e-billing platform, eSubDocs platform and contract lifecycle management platform, used by the division

Support other operations management duties as needed
Team Engagement

Lead regular team meetings, including preparing an agenda and taking minutes

Support coordination and preparation of materials for the division all hands meetings

Support coordination and preparation of lunch and learn sessions for the division

Experience required
-
7+ years of relevant experience.
-
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint technology and content management systems.

Experience and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio) required.

Experience with PowerBI and Power apps a plus.

Experience with budgeting and financial analysis a plus.

Demonstrated effective analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues needing attention.

Demonstrated track record of skillful communications and effective business writing and presentation skills.

Education
