Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry and general dentistry. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and preventive care. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform a range of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure infection control protocols are followed diligently within the dental clinic.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and aseptic techniques is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $450,000.00 per year
