Associate General Dentist

Lead Dentist position available in an established general dentistry practice in Desoto, Texas. Position to be filled by Oct 2025 or sooner.

We are an established PPO and fee-for-service, privately owned dental office, seeking a talented & enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join us to help keep up with our patient volumes and rate of growth. 60+ new patients per month. More than $1.4 million in collections in 2024! The potential for growth is tremendous for the right candidate that is ready to produce.

Office is equipped with all digital xrays, CBCT scan and pano, in room screens for patient education, and intraoral technology.

Qualifications:

*At least 2 years of experience

*Must be proficient in molar RCT and extractions

*Current Texas Dental License
*Leadership skills and professional demeanor
*Excellent communication skills
