Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic state-of-the-art dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all procedures. Our office specializes in advanced procedures including dental implants, cone beam CT imaging, endodontics, oral surgery, and cutting edge restorative techniques including CEREC. .

Duties

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide patient education on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other surgical procedures with precision.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in dental software system Dentrix is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
  • Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes is an asset. Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
