RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership and Practice Management, able to be a collaborative leader with mutual respect given at every level.
  • Technology Integration (i.e.: Intraoral Scanners, Digital Smile Design, “The Wand” STA Anesthesia System, Advanced TMD Tools, etc...
  • Operational Efficiency; involving continuing education and professional growth, to continue to stay up with technological advances
  • Patient Experience and Relationship Building, giving our patients the comfort and understanding to build long term relationship

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ Minimum Years Experience in General Dentistry
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from accredited institution, with dental license to practice in the state of West Virginia.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental fabrication techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort
  • Experience in Endodontics (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with advanced dental technologies such as digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and lasers, (preferred not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
