Associate General Dentist

Job Summary
Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate General Dentist, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing smiles! In this position, you will provide comprehensive dental services, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and oral surgery. What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Utilize advanced dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for efficient patient management and medical documentation.
• Maintain high standards of infection control and aseptic technique to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry support for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote long-term wellness.
• Manage medical records accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance service delivery.

Basic qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license with no restrictions on practice.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge essential for effective patient care.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in pediatric dentistry and familiarity with treating children in a clinical setting.
• Skills in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures.
• Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnostics.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
