Lead the end-to-end land acquisition process, including identification, negotiation, and finalization of land parcels required for thermal power projects in Korba.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, landowners, and community leaders to facilitate smooth land acquisition and address any concerns.
Conduct due diligence on land titles, legal clearances, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Collaborate with project planning and execution teams to align land acquisition timelines with project schedules.
Monitor and mitigate risks associated with land acquisition, including socio-political challenges and community grievances.
Prepare and present detailed reports on land acquisition progress, challenges, and resolutions to the Site Head and senior management.
Drive stakeholder engagement initiatives to build trust and ensure alignment with the community and local government bodies.
Utilize digital tools and platforms for land mapping, documentation, and tracking to enhance efficiency and transparency in the acquisition process.
Support the resolution of disputes or conflicts related to land acquisition in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in land acquisition and liaison activities, with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale land acquisition projects, preferably in the power or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of regional land laws, socio-political dynamics, and stakeholder management.
