We have an opening in the HR function where this position will support the HR Manager and Business Partners in electrical sector at Eaton India Innovation Center and will be directly reporting to the HR Manager. The responsibilities also include supporting on the operational excellence for the sector along with closely working with HR Business Partners in driving HR initiatives within the business groups. The person in this position will also be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in the deployment of human resources policies and procedures, matrices and their dissemination through employee communications, and/or meetings.
Full time MBA in Human Resources from an accredited institution.
2-3 years of experience in Human resource management (generalist or specialist) in a multinational / matrix organization setup. Experience with Engineering & R & D centres will be an advantage
Technical Knowledge : Proficient in microsoft office tools (eg Excel, Power BI, Word, Powerpoint)
Soft skills :
Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate and align policies and practices
Able to work with sensitive and confidential materials.
