Wright Law Group, PLLC, a boutique multi-state commercial litigation firm with offices in nine states and growing, seeks a litigation attorney to join our busy Georgia practice. We work on behalf of sophisticated commercial clients to litigate and enforce commercial contracts, and handle creditors’ side bankruptcy matters. Clients include independent finance companies, financial institutions and banks headquartered throughout the U.S. This role offers lead attorney responsibility, mentorship, and a path to partnership.
The successful applicant will handle all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings and motions, communicating with clients, analyzing case materials, developing strategy, negotiating settlements, and attending hearings. As a talented litigator you will develop mastery of commercial litigation and enforcement through a structured program of mentorship and feedback, leveling up your skills as you manage your own docket. If you are detail oriented, highly organized, enjoy working directly with clients, value collaborative mentorship from senior attorneys, and enjoy the challenge of litigation you will be a great fit for our firm culture.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of litigation experience (5 years ideal). Motion practice and hearings experience is sufficient; trial experience is a bonus but not required. We welcome candidates from any litigation background, with commercial finance or creditors’ side bankruptcy experience considered a plus.
