The Role

Responsible for assisting the in maintaining and processing the Accounts Payable for Germany in accordance with Company’s AP policies and service level agreements with the business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Verifying invoices for completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Processing /coding suppliers’ invoices in SAP system
• Ensuring invoices are ready for the timely payments
• Assisting in suppliers open items clearing
• Preparing accounts reconciliation
• Supporting Month & Year End Closing Processes
• Building effective cooperation within the GBS Warsaw and with Bain stakeholders
• Dealing with suppliers and stakeholders queries
• Preparing basic Accounts Payable reports
• Following company policies and internal controls related to AP.

Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree (BA or Master’s) in Economy, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or another related field
• Approximately 1-2 year of experience working in a BPO/SSC/GBS environment or Accounting Office
• Candidate should be proficient in German language (Both written and verbal) along with English.
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level), Advanced German (at least B2 level )
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
• SAP4 HANA knowledge will be an asset
• Preferably 1-2 years previous Accounts Payable experience
