The Communications Outreach Recruitment and Enrollment (CORE) Unit is one of the first stops along the path of that transformation. We initiate outreach to thousands of young adults across the state and then lead them through the enrollment process.
We are looking for a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) to join our CORE team, and will consider an Associate Governmental Program analyst (AGPA). Below, is key information candidates should consider before applying.
The Statewide Recruiter will actively recruit young individuals to join at CCC centers statewide, with a focus for recruiting and enrolling for wildland firefighting, forestry corps and other CCC conservation programs. This position requires using a state vehicle to travel for recruitment activities.
The Statewide Recruiter is responsible for using CoRe (Corpsmember Recruitment Salesforce system) CRM (customer relationship management) to track engagement with CCC Corpsmember applicants, analyze and assess recruitment reports for constant and timely engagement for a smooth enrollment process.
A successful Statewide Recruiter candidate has strong analytical skills, public speaking skills and enjoys working with young adults. This position is anything but monotonous. It is fast and nimble, diverse in duties and deliverables, and makes a daily impact on the lives of young adults seeking to improve themselves and their communities.

California Conservation Corps is excited to take part in the first agency-wide collaborative physical career center. The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building. Services provided include one-on-one career consultations, application/resume review, career guidance, mock interviews, and tips for applying.
Days: Open every Tuesday and Thursday (except state holidays)
Hours: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
