This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.
Under the general direction of the Staff Service Manager I (SSM I), in the Human Resources Branch, Disability Management Unit (DMU), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will perform the most difficult and complex work, including, but not limited to, Leave of Absence (LOA), State Disability Insurance (SDI), Non-Industrial Insurance (NDI), Workers’ Compensation (WC), and Catastrophic Leave. The analyst is also responsible for monitoring key reports and ensuring their accuracy and timely completion.

Working Conditions
Part-time telework available. Telework requires California residency.
Primarily semi-sedentary in a climate controlled modern office building. The position may require working under tight deadlines and irregular hours and may require several hours of reviewing documents in both electronic and hard copy. Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers, give presentations; and participate at meetings, conferences, and workshops. Occasional travel to other agencies to attend meetings may be required and occasional overnight travel may be required.
