Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media
graphics, videos, packaging, and website

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity
across all platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for
new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining
quality standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to
keep the brand’s design strategies innovative and competitive.

Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work
environment.
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator for Social Creatives likes Reels, GIFs.

Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.

Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics

Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing,
color grading, and sound design.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
