Associate Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Junior Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis and work closely with our senior designers on a wide range of high-impact projects. This role offers hands-on exposure across digital and offline touchpoints, with the opportunity to contribute to shaping and evolving the visual identity of the brand and its sub-brands.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where strong design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines are key.

What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside the senior design team to execute high-quality designs across platforms
• Design for social media, digital ads, and in-app communication
• Create presentations, brand collaterals, and marketing assets
• Support product and feature launches with compelling visual assets
• Work on offline collaterals including print materials and OOH (out-of-home) creatives
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and play a key role in implementing them across all touchpoints
• Help bring consistency and evolution to the brand and its sub-brands through design systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into effective visual communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Strong creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and handling a dynamic workload
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly within the team
• Interest in branding, design systems, and evolving visual identities
