Key Responsibilities
Emiratization Strategy & Execution
-
Lead and execute the full Emiratization roadmap, from sourcing and hiring to onboarding, development, and exit formalities.

Act as the primary HR Business Partner for all Emirati employees across business units.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure high-quality hiring pipelines for UAE Nationals.

Maintain alignment with UAE government initiatives and industry compliance standards.
Employee Relations & Retention
-
Manage a workforce of
150–200 Emirati employees
, serving as the first point of contact for grievances, escalations, performance issues, and employee welfare.

Drive retention strategies and reduce attrition through engagement, career planning, and internal mobility discussions.

Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and monthly check-ins.
Engagement & Culture Building
-
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen rapport, belonging, and cultural alignment.

Ensure Emirati talent is integrated into company activities, recognition programs, and leadership initiatives.

Partner with L&D to support learning, upskilling, and career growth pathways for UAE nationals.
Compliance & Government Liaison

Ensure 100% compliance with
MOHRE, Nafis, Tawteen
, and other Emiratization regulatory bodies.

Work closely with MOHRE inspectors, auditors, and government authorities during inspections and audits.

Track and report Emiratization KPIs, quotas, and compliance status across Emirates.

Oversee visa, PRO coordination, regulatory documentation, and cross-Emirate labor compliance.
Stakeholder Management
-
Build strong relationships with CXO-level leaders, department heads, and business stakeholders to influence hiring decisions, budgets, and workforce planning.

Present dashboards, reports, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Key Requirements
-
2 - 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Employee Relations
-
Proven track record in managing Emiratization or nationalization programs
-
Strong understanding of
Labour Law, MOHRE, Nafis & Tawteen guidelines

Ability to handle end-to-end HR lifecycle (hire → engage → retain → exit)

Comfortable managing high-volume employee portfolios (100+ staff)
-
Excellent communication & stakeholder management, including C-suite interaction
-
Ability to work
from office, 5 days a week
