What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Associate – Human Resources Business Partner who will join our team at Electronics Directorate.

• Acting as first point of contact for all HR related questions for related teams and as a strategic business partner to deliver comprehensive value-add HR support and implement HR strategies,
• Ensuring that the HR practices and policies are in line with Arçelik Global guidelines, values and applicable labor laws,
• Being responsible of the execution of all HR functions such as; performance management, recognition and reward, employee engagement, internal communication, onboarding, development processes,
• Driving the talent agenda through identification of talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching, and development planning,
• Coaching leadership team on people related concerns, and provide employee relations guidance,
• Leading initiatives & projects that improve people experience,
• Supporting and lead HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management employer branding, talent acquisition & retention, compensation & benefits,
• Reporting KPIs & managing HR budged process.
  
  
  

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Aim to have a career in HR Department,
• Preferably having a knowledge of SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors,
• Due to regulatory requirements, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Turkiye without sponsorship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & processes in a rapidly changing environment,
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and the ability to build relationships & influence across the organization,
• Strong organizing, problem solving, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
